Important: This is a hands‑on Engineering Manager role. The successful candidate is expected to remain actively involved in software development and programming alongside leading the engineering team. Strong coding skills are a must and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.

Work Location: Strategy Chennai office — full-time, Monday to Friday

Technical Expectations

• Strong backend system design using Java.
• Advanced React development and state management knowledge.
• Hands‑on cloud deployment experience.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows.

Preferred
