Job summary

Diageo India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager - End User Compute to shape and deliver end-user computing across the business. You will work as an individual contributor within Digital & Technology, applying deep technical knowledge to design, implement and optimise modern endpoint solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in a large multinational IT environment, with certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) and strong experience with M365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Defender and virtualization.

Qualifications

• BTech with 8+ years in a similar multinational IT environment.
• CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Defender and virtualization.
• Experience with ITSM, collaboration and productivity tools.
• Understanding cybersecurity principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user compute initiatives and projects with limited risk.
• Provide expert guidance on endpoint strategy across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Explain complex concepts clearly and build consensus across stakeholders.
