Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Manager End User Compute in Bangalore to lead and optimize end-user computing services across the organization. You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune and Defender, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable user experiences.

In this senior role, you will drive projects with limited risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape ITSM practices in a multinational environment. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BTech with 8+ years of IT/enterprise experience in a multinational setting.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Defender, virtualization; cybersecurity principles.

Application Development Job Family Description

Roles in this job family are involved in analysing requirements, design, development and configuration of software applications as well as their maintenance, optimisation and management of upgrade cycles. Across these activities in this job family, roles will have knowledge and expertise in designing and conducting a wide range of testing and quality control methods and techniques.

Qualification : BTech 8+ years’ experience in working within a similar major multi-national enterprise supporting IT and business functions.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and virtualization Experience with ITSM, Collaboration and productivity tools Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, & regulatory requirements
