• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution, supply, service, licensing, technology, and clinical study agreements.
• Ensure adherence to regional laws, anti-corruption standards, and internal governance processes across Emerging Markets.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, handle pre-litigation matters, and manage external counsel.
• Serve as key legal advisor to business leaders, develop internal policies, and conduct legal compliance training sessions.
