Drive end-to-end inventory planning for the Ecommerce business by owning inventory health, replenishment planning, molding prioritization, and product availability across marketplaces and Brand.com. Molding prioritization refers to aligning production focus with demand forecasts, inventory gaps, product potential, and business priorities. This is a product-first planning role that requires strong understanding of product performance, customer demand, and commercial opportunities not just reporting and spreadsheet analysis. The ideal candidate should identify high-performing products, highlight assortment gaps, and translate data into actions that maximize sales, profitability, and inventory productivity.
A commercially driven planner who combines strong product intuition with analytical excellence. The ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing dashboards and evaluating the product range, with the ability to understand consumer trends, identify assortment gaps, prioritize production, and make inventory decisions that accelerate Ecommerce growth. They should apply strong merchandising judgment and use data to validate and scale decisions, rather than relying on numbers alone.
