Job summary

3S Business Advisors is seeking a civil engineering professional to lead design and engineering activities from concept to commissioning at our Kendujhar, Odisha site. You will coordinate civil/structural drawings, foundations, and deliverables, while collaborating with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design and constructability issues.

You will support procurement activities, engage in 3D model reviews, and ensure progress aligns with project specifications, safety

• Manage civil design and engineering activities from concept through commissioning.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate civil/structural drawings, layouts, foundations, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with technology suppliers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Participate in 3D model reviews and resolve design, interface, and constructability issues.
• Support procurement engineering, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and value engineering.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces with mechanical, electrical, process, and other engineering teams.
• Monitor engineering progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable engineering practices.
