Role Overview
As part of the Business Development Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing strategic customer agreements and deals. Your work will support corporate strategy execution and drive profitable growth with issuers, acquirers and merchants. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, ensuring high-priority deals are developed, executed and optimized for success.
Degree in Finance / CA.
Strong experience in financial analysis, business development and customer-facing roles.
Deep understanding of card and financial services industry dynamics.
Strategic thinker with executive presence; able to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented and proactive.
High analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to summarize complex information.
Tenacious, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to multicultural environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
Demonstrated credibility with both customers and internal executives.
Ability to balance risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
