Role overview: As part of Deal Management team, Europe you will play a critical role in managing small strategic customer agreements and deals. Your work will support corporate strategy execution and drive profitable growth with issuers, acquirers, and merchants. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, ensuring high-priority deals are developed, executed, and optimized for success.
Degree in Finance / CA.
Strong experience in financial analysis, business development, and customer-facing roles.
Deep understanding of card and financial services industry dynamics.
Strategic thinker with executive presence; able to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive.
High analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to summarise complex information.
Tenacious, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
