Job Description

Revenue Operations Execution, stakeholder communication, Agile practices, status reporting, and outcome tracking.

What you will get to do in this role

• Take small to large IT business applications programs and projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Develop detailed program and project execution plans and manage implementation processes, including financials, progress tracking, metrics, change control, testing, production release, and delivery within budget constraints.
• Provide overall communication and work with areas affected by the program or project, including partners, business sponsors, and vendors.
• Organize Scrum rituals, including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create status reporting to support program and project discussions at Steering Committee and sponsor level.
• Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and help teams and individuals transition from waterfall to Agile.
• Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging or critically evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• Hands‑on project or program management experience appropriate to the level of the role.
• Experience supporting programs or projects in an enterprise environment and delivering business applications for one or more departments.
• Knowledge of Agile traits and techniques, including lean design, changing requirements, iterations, and customer feedback loops.
• Ability to communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organization, problem‑solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills
