We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Data and Analytics.

In This Role, You Will

• Execute moderate to complex analysis and strategy with proper instructions
• Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards, as well as drive business benefit through self-initiated projects
• The jobholder will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coach/train new team members. The jobholder will implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer. The term 'compliance' embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business must comply.
• This will be achieved by observing all relevant processes/procedures and by liaising with the Compliance department about new business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also, when applicable, by ensuring adequate resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.

To Be Successful, You Will

• Have 0-6 years of experience in Data and Analytics
• Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a Doctor of Philosophy
• Have expertise in core Python and Object-Oriented Programming
• Have hands-on experience in software development and deployment
• Have exposure to JavaScript and Selenium
• Have good knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Artificial Intelligence
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
