Job summary

Marsh is seeking an MPower Support professional for its Gurugram hybrid role. You will provide first-line operational support for MPower users, maintain accurate account data, and help ensure data quality for client servicing and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work across sales, finance, and technology teams to resolve issues and promote process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for MPower users, including triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of system issues.
• Maintain account, user, and reference data in line with governance and agreed controls.
• Support data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and exception management to protect reporting accuracy.
• Run the Business Dataload process (BDL).
• Assist with testing, release readiness, and implementation of system/process changes.
• Monitor incoming requests, service levels, and case progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with sales operations, client engagement, finance, and technology teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Help with the production and updating guidance, process notes, and user support materials.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or control enhancements.
• Support audit, compliance, and data stewardship activities where required.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Enablement team, part of our risk, reinsurance and capital business at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The MPower Support role provides global operational support for Marsh, ensuring accurate account administration, data quality, issue resolution, and timely coordination across internal stakeholders.

To keep MPower data, processes, and user support running smoothly so commercial teams can rely on the platform for client servicing, reporting, and day-to-day operational delivery.

What will you focus on:

• Provide first-line support for MPower users, including triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of system issues.
• Maintain account, user, and reference data in line with governance and agreed controls.
