Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience or 4 years’ experience in related area.
2 years’ experience in business analysis and reporting.
2 years’ experience with statistical modeling software.
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive decisions.
Administer Power BI Service with workspaces, deployment pipelines, access controls, and versioning; implement RLS.
Develop data models (star/snowflake) optimized for performance and reuse.
Write complex SQL (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures) for large datasets.
Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations; ensure model performance.
Document BI solutions and enforce governance for scalable dashboards.
Engage stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements into specs.
Leverage AI tools to automate data prep, generate insights, and enhance reporting.
Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate into analytics workflows.

Team And Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands‑on Data Analyst who will design high‑impact Power BI dashboards, build efficient data models, and write advanced SQL to turn complex, multi‑source data into clear, decision‑ready insights for FP&A and partner teams. The ideal candidate brings strong BI craftsmanship, data governance discipline, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable analytical products.

Position Responsibilities: Not Limited to

Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support executive and operational decision-making
Administer Power BI Service (workspaces, deployment pipelines/Apps) with robust processes for refresh schedules, access controls, and versioning; implement RLS where appropriate
Develop high‑quality data models (star/snowflake) optimized for performance, maintainability, and future reuse.
Write complex SQL (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures) for large datasets; tune queries and optimize execution plans for reliability and s peed.
Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations; apply BI best practices for model design, visuals, and performance optimization.
Document solutions and enforce BI governance, ensuring dashboards are scalable, accurate, and well‑documented.
Engage stakeholders to define KPIs, translate business requirements into analytical specs, and iterate based on feedback to drive measurable business outcomes.
Leverage AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, or similar) to automate data preparation, generate insights, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to business intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to integrate these technologies into analytics workflows

Desirable Attributes

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with strong technical understanding and advanced knowledge of finance & reporting
5–7 years of experience in analytics/BI
Expert-level Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
Experience managing Power BI Service environments and Apps (workspace administration, deployments).
Advanced SQL proficiency working with large, complex datasets; comfort with stored procedures and performance tuning.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; high ownership from design to delivery.
Solid understanding of data governance/quality and BI best practices.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as Copilot, GPT, or other generative AI platforms) to streamline data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and support decision‑making.
Ability to evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to drive innovation in business intelligence and financial analytics
