Job summary

Walmart Global Tech India seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Operations leader in Bengaluru to streamline onboarding, ticket mgmt, and vendor payments. You will build weekly reports and executive-ready dashboards, analyze recruiting data for strategic insights, and deploy AI tools to boost productivity and efficiency.

You will also perform market research, coordinate TA programs, support RPO, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment events in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Program Management.
• Strong experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and executive presentations.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing recruiting operations, vendors, onboarding, and process governance.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
