About the Role
This role owns the CRM and Marketing Technologies strategy and roadmap for A&M's growing India Global Capability Center. Reporting to the CRM and Marketing Technologies Director, you will translate marketing priorities into scalable technology capabilities, operating models and delivery plans. The position is accountable for orchestrating projects and initiatives across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI and broader MarTech ecosystems. Success requires strong MarTech/CRM expertise, marketing business and technology transformation experience, and proven project, change and stakeholder management. You will connect Marketing, IT, data teams and business units to improve integration, data quality, channel execution and decision-making. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, adopted by users and aligned with compliance expectations. You will also act as a trusted subject matter expert, shaping investment choices and recommending innovations that improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Bring
You bring 10-12 years of relevant experience managing marketing technology platforms and systems, with total professional experience typically ranging from 10 to 15 years. Your background demonstrates strong MarTech and CRM expertise, combined with marketing business and technology transformation experience. You have led complex projects or products from strategy through implementation, using structured governance, change management and stakeholder alignment to deliver adoption and measurable results. You understand how Marketing organizations operate, how processes and operating models shape performance, and how technical capabilities can solve business priorities. You are comfortable working across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI, channels, data infrastructure and platform integrations. You use data to diagnose performance, shape recommendations and guide decisions. You can negotiate with vendors, troubleshoot issues, manage deadlines and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. You understand customer-data compliance considerations, including GDPR and CCPA, and can operate effectively in a matrix environment. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business Administration or a related field is required. You are organized, detail-oriented, credible, collaborative and accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
