Job summary

Essar Group in Delhi seeks a seasoned stakeholder engagement professional to build and maintain relations with government agencies, regulators, industry bodies, and key stakeholders. The role represents the company at external meetings and coordinates with internal teams to address external requirements.

The candidate will monitor policy developments, support corporate communications, and ensure governance and ethical standards in all interactions. Experience in CSR coordination may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
• Facilitate statutory approvals, licenses, and external coordination where required.
• Monitor policy and regulatory developments and provide business updates.
• Support corporate communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal business functions to address external stakeholder requirements.
• Manage CSR and community engagement activities in coordination with relevant teams, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions.
