Job summary

Posterscope India in Mumbai is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team. You will work hands-on with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop concepts for OOH and ambient campaigns.

You will be mentored by industry leaders, work on major brands, and grow your creative career in a fast-paced, award-winning environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, Premiere, After Effects).
• Ability to develop concepts for OOH and ambient campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for OOH and ambient campaigns.
• Deliver innovative results while aligning with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Create motion graphics and video assets for campaigns using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Client Servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Prepare presentations, mock-ups, storyboards and visualizations for client reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for OOH, ambient and experiential campaigns.
• Delivers exceptional and innovative results while ensuring the creative product meets strategic goals and client expectations Organizes, prioritizes and manages multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Contributes new ideas and solutions appropriate for client needs.
• Ensures a consistent brand presence is maintained.
• Provides creative leadership to new business activities when necessary.
• Create engaging designs, layouts and artworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Translate creative briefs into innovative and impactful visual solutions across OOH formats.
• Explore fresh, unconventional ideas for outdoor innovations and brand activations.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Servicing teams to develop campaign concepts.
• Create motion graphics, video edits and animations using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop high-quality presentations, mock-ups, storyboards and visualizations to bring ideas to life.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes and media platforms while maintaining consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies and innovative OOH executions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Take feedback positively and collaborate with senior creative leaders to continuously improve creative output.
