Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Manager Costing/Finance to lead a small team and partner with manufacturing and finance stakeholders to drive cost optimization and accurate financial reporting. You will own cost modelling, budgeting, capital budgeting, and governance frameworks, leveraging SAP/Oracle FICO and advanced Excel to enable data-driven decisions.

• ICWA/CA-qualified with relevant certification.
• 10-12 years of experience in costing/finance with team leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing costing and SAP/Oracle FICO.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly results analysis and highlight variances to management.
• Contribute to annual operational planning and long-term forecasting.
• Conduct cost analysis, Make or Buy decisions, and pricing support.
• Lead capital budgeting with ROI tracking and governance.

1. Prepare financial models and analyses so as to support strategic initiatives
2. Analyse financial information and reports to generate insights and provide corrective measures, if any to enable accurate and timely reporting to management
3. Support team with monthly reviews and business performance calls
4. Analyse and present financial and business forecasting reports to enable decision making
5. Analyse business policies by monitoring core financial and business-related aspects of the organization
6. Prepare profitability statements, monthly operating expenses sheet and support in pricing decisions
7. Monitor Core Accounting practices in line with laid down accounting policies.
