Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Manager – Corporate Finance Advisory to lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis engagements. You will develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic decisions and drive value for clients.

You will handle business valuations, project finance, M&A, due diligence, and transaction advisory, while partnering with clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 6+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance Advisory.
• Experience with Power BI or FP&A tools is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with US GAAP is preferred.
• Candidates working in BIG 4s are preferred.
