Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and self-driven professional to join our growing Corporate Affairs team. The role involves translating complex automotive policy issues into clear, compelling communication for external stakeholders like government, media, and industry associations. You will support strategic content creation, policy communication, stakeholder engagement, and internal coordination across key functions. This is a cross‑functional role best suited for candidates who combine analytical depth with strong communication skills and are passionate about the auto industry and policy narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive, technically accurate communication material.
• Prepare high-quality speeches, talking points, op-eds, presentations, briefing notes, and Board‑level reports for senior leadership.
• Provide high quality executive support to the senior leadership.
• Coordinate with industry associations (SIAM, ACMA, CII, FICCI) and contribute to external representations, white papers, and position notes.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Government Affairs, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communication to consolidate inputs and align messaging.
• Track policy developments, analyze regulatory trends and media stories, and prepare insight-driven summaries and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9-10 years (preferably in the auto industry).
