Job summary

GMR Group's Goa International Airport Limited (GGIAL) is seeking a seasoned Security Compliance professional to manage all regulatory obligations and Airport Security Programme adherence. The role focuses on issuing Aerodrome Entry Permits, coordinating with BCAS, CISF, and local authorities, and ensuring timely compliance across the airport community.

The incumbent will drive BCAS audit readiness, security vetting, and liaison activities, contributing to secure, compliant and smooth airport

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Basic AVSEC Course completion is mandatory.
• AVSEC Management Course is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with BCAS, CISF and local authorities on regulatory matters and emergencies.
• Coordinate for timely Aerodrome Entry Permits (AEPs) for the airport community.
• Ensure compliance with National Civil Aviation Security Programme and Airport Security Programme.
• Assist in security vetting and regulatory audits.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

The Position is responsible for all Security related Compliances including issuance of Aerodrome Entry Permits to whole airport community for seamless operations of airlines, stakeholders & others. The position is also responsible for Security Clearance of Concessionaires / Service Providers for timely commencement of commercial operations and periodic BCAS mandatory regulatory compliances. To also carry out functions of Aviation Security Compliance officer for GGIAL as mentioned in the National Civil Aviation Security Programme and the Airport Security Programme.

Accountabilities

Processing of ~ 4000 Permanent AEPs to airport community.
Issuance of ~ 50-100 Temporary AEPs and 50-100 labour passes on a day to day basis

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation in any discipline
Qualified in Basic AVSEC Course by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security
Qualified in AVSEC Management Course by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (preferable)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

10 to 15 years’ experience in the field of Security with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in Aviation Industry.
Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
