Job summary

Cyfuture India Pvt ltd is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager Compliance & FP&A to own financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and forecasting for the CFO and leadership team. You will develop financial models and deliver management reporting with forward-looking analysis to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–12 years of experience and professional qualifications such as CA / CMA / MBA Finance, preferably from IT/ITES or high-growth tech environments.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A / controllership professional with experience in accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Preferably from IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure or high-growth businesses.
• Analytical, commercially oriented, and able to translate numbers into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and management reporting.
• Ensure integrity of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Lead GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicable compliances.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Develop profitability and KPI reporting across business verticals.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models and support fundraising and investor reporting.

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Build the financial intelligence and control system that helps management run the business.

Role Purpose

Own financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing the CFO and leadership team with reliable financial information, insights and forward-looking analysis for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and management reporting.
• Ensure integrity of P&L$, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Manage key GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicable compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare Actual vs Budget vs Forecast analysis and explain key business variances.
• Develop profitability and KPI reporting across Cyfuture's major business verticals.
• Build Base / Best / Downside scenarios for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and funding requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L$, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, capex and debt.
• Support the CFO in fundraising, lender/investor reporting, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
• Prepare Board, Investor and Management MIS.
• Partner with business teams to translate financial performance into actionable business insights.
