Job summary

Cyfuture is seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting for its IT/ITES and Cloud divisions. The role focuses on building integrated financial models, driving profitability, and presenting CFO/board MIS.

Ideal candidates hold CA and Tier-1 MBA with 7–12 years of FP&A/corporate finance experience in tech services, data center, or cloud domains. Strong Excel/ERP skills are essential, with a record of scalable FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• CA with Tier-1 MBA from top institutes.
• 7–12 years of FP&A/corporate finance experience.
• Experience in IT/ITES/Tech Infrastructure/Cloud sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own AOP, budgeting, rolling forecasts and actual vs budget/forecast analysis.
• Develop integrated financial models including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Drive segment profitability, KPI reporting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a commercially oriented Senior Manager – FP&A; to drive financial planning, forecasting, business performance analysis and management reporting across Cyfuture’s high-growth technology, IT/ITES, Cloud, Data Centre and AI/GPU businesses.
• Own AOP, budgeting, rollingforecasts and Actual vs Budget vs Forecastanalysis.
• Develop integrated financialmodels covering P&L;,Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capex and funding.
• Drive segmentprofitability, KPI reportingand variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly CFO / Management MIS and Board reporting.
• Support investor, lender, fundraising and due-diligence requirements.
• Analyse business performance, working capital, cash flows and investment returns.
• Partner with business heads to drive profitability and informed decision-making.
• Build scalableFP&A; processes and reporting dashboards.

Candidate Profile

• CA + Tier-1 MBA from institutes such as MDI Gurgaon, IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR etc.
• 7–12 years of strong FP&A; / corporate finance experience.
• Experience in IT/ITES, Technology, Infrastructure, Data Centre, Cloud or high-growth services preferred.
• Experience handling 100 Cr+ servicebusinesses / 200 Cr+ goods businesses.
• Strong Excel, financial modellingand ERP skills.
