Qualifications

  • Must have experience in compensation and benefits management, including total rewards strategy and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage annual compensation cycles such as merit reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Hands-on experience in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary structure design.
  • Expertise in managing benefits programs, including health insurance and employee benefit schemes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management, reporting, and process automation.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ability to analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, corrections, and incentive payouts.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
  • Design and maintain salary ranges and compa-ratio frameworks.
  • Own operational execution within HRIS, including data updates, validations, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Manage end-to-end benefits programs, including health insurance and statutory/voluntary benefits.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal C&B policies.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across compensation planning and benefits administration.
