Job summary

Careerist Management Consultants is seeking a Manager / Head of Communications to lead internal and external communications for a social-impact organization in Noida. The role requires 5–6 years of experience and a strong background in digital marketing, PR, and content leadership.

You will oversee the website, newsletters, and social media, coordinating with leadership and external agencies to enhance brand storytelling and donor engagement. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant communications/PR/digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, website/content management and PR.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, PR, Media Studies or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in communications, digital marketing, PR, media relations or development communication.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, website/content management and PR.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong proposal, report and content-writing abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Experience in the NGO/social-impact/development sector preferred.
• Experience working with PR, digital or creative agencies is an advantage.

Travel

Willingness to travel to Anupshahr, Uttar Pradesh and surrounding project communities as required.
