Job summary

Weaver India seeks dedicated audit professionals to join our Commercial Audit team in Hyderabad. This manager-level role targets individuals with strong GAAP audit experience and active CPA/ACCA/CA licensure, capable of supervising Senior Associates and staff across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and technology clients.

Candidates will lead end-to-end audits, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive work environment at Weaver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA, ACCA, or CA license.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent on GAAP audits.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and technology industries.
• Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates and associates.
• Experience in EBP will be considered an added advantage.
• End-to-end audit experience is required for managers.
• Master's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
• Ensure GAAP audit compliance and deliver high-quality workpapers.
• Mentor junior staff and review workpapers for accuracy and completeness.
