Job summary

Weaver India is seeking an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join our Healthcare team. You will lead audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service across all phases, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates to develop their skills.

You will work closely with firm leadership and contribute to administration activities while upholding GAAP and GAAS standards in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
• CPA, ACCA & CA.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience, industry, or a combination of both.
• Healthcare experience required, either in public accounting or in an industry healthcare accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit.
• Mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and participate in firm administration activities.
