Job summary

Weaver India in Bengaluru is seeking an Audit Manager for our Financial Services team, focusing on investment funds including VC, PE, and hedge funds. You will lead audits, supervise Associates, mentor staff, and contribute to business development and firm administration.

The role requires CPA/ACCA/CA, 5+ years in public accounting, deep knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS, and experience with end-to-end audits and complex valuations of venture and PE funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Active CPA, ACCA or CA license.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience in alternative investment funds audits (VC, PE, hedge funds).
• Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS; experience in EBP is an added advantage.
• End to end audit experience.
• Understand complex valuations for venture and PE funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for venture capital, private equity and hedge funds.
• Mentor and supervise Associates and Senior Associates on audits.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and contribute to business development and administration.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications arerequired for Manager:
