Qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT services operations or delivery center management.
• Experience in facilities, logistics, and vendor operations.
• Strong coordination and escalation management skills.
• Understanding of billable workforce environment.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in operations, project management, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery center operations, including utilization monitoring, deployment coordination, and escalation management.
• Manage logistics and facilities operations (workspace readiness, access control, security, utilities, leadership/client visits).
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure SLA adherence across facilities and infrastructure services.
• Monitor center-level operating expenses and maintain budget discipline.
• Ensure operational governance, incident tracking, and business continuity readiness.
• Provide structured reporting and performance visibility to Leadership
