DataFlow Group in Noida, India is hiring a Manager – BI & Analytics Engineering to lead, architect, and scale our data-product surface.

This hands-on leader role combines coding, data systems design, and people management, guiding a team of 4–7 engineers and analysts to deliver robust data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Total 10–12+ years of software/data engineering experience.
• Frontend mastery with React.js, TypeScript, ES6+ and performance tuning.
• Backend proficiency in Python with FastAPI/Flask/Django and data libraries like Pandas/NumPy.
• Strong AWS data tools: Glue, DynamoDB, Athena, S3, Lambda, and data warehousing knowledge.
• DevOps experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust full-stack apps and serverless ETL pipelines using React.js (TypeScript), Python, and AWS Glue.
• Design high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs and data visualization over warehouses, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Lead and grow a team of 4–7 developers, BI engineers, and analysts with sprint planning and coaching.
• Champion CI/CD, containerization, data observability, governance, and root-cause analysis.
• Advise on AI-powered tooling to enhance productivity and code quality.

At DataFlow Group, we are expanding our engineering capability and looking for a Manager – BI & Analytics Engineering to lead, architect, and scale our data-product surface in Noida.

This is a hands-on builder role (75% technical / 25% people & delivery management) designed for an engineering leader who loves writing clean code, architecting scalable data systems, and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & System Design: Architect and build robust full-stack applications and serverless ETL pipelines using React.js (TypeScript), Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django), and AWS Glue.
• Data & API Engineering: Design high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs and build data visualization layers on top of enterprise warehouses, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Team & People Management: Manage, coach, and grow a team of 4–7 developers, BI engineers, and analysts (sprint planning, 1-on-1s, technical career growth).
• Delivery & Governance: Champion modern engineering best practices—CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), data observability, line-of-sight governance, and root-cause analysis.
• AI & Modern Tooling Advocate: Guide the team in leveraging AI-powered IDEs and workflows (Cursor, Copilot, Kiro) to drive productivity and maintain elite code standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Total Experience: 10–12+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
• Frontend Mastery: Deep, current hands-on expertise with React.js, TypeScript, ES6+, and performance optimization.
• Backend Proficiency: Strong Python background (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) alongside data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Data & Cloud Stack: Solid experience with AWS Glue, Advanced SQL, DynamoDB, Athena, S3, Lambda, and enterprise data warehousing/dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• DevOps & Agile: Familiarity with Git hygiene, Docker, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
