Solid consulting foundation to assess current-state finance processes, identify gaps, and develop practical target-state solutions. Hands-on capability in preparing business cases, solution recommendations, and execution plans for finance-related transformation programs. Ability to apply general consulting skills to structure analyses, manage deliverables, and contribute to finance consulting engagements effectively.
