CNS - BC - Finance

The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

• Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Your key responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model improvement, and value-driven change delivery. Strong experience supporting GCC setup engagements, covering transition planning, governance design, and initial operating framework development. Proficient in applying general consulting methods to analyze business challenges, structure solutions, and develop implementation-ready recommendations. Ability to translate finance function requirements into practical transformation roadmaps aligned with business and operational objectives. Experience in working on consulting engagements within finance-focused environments, with an understanding of industry-specific processes and priorities.
