Job summary

TransUnion India is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage day-to-day activities, ensure SLA/TAT adherence, and drive process improvements within a hybrid work setup. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, preparing MIS reports, and delivering data-driven insights while maintaining compliance and stakeholder engagement.

You will also collaborate with external partners and vendors to achieve program goals, with regular in-office presence at a Mumbai location

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activity, ensure adherence to SLA and TAT.
• Ensure processing is done in compliance with laid-down processes and department policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals and progress for key initiatives.
• Manage timely and accurate data reporting, and create visually appealing, persuasive presentations.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance of the operations team.
• Uphold organizational policies and standards, ensuring regulations are followed.
• Independent and resourceful with ability to identify opportunities to optimize performance.
• Strong working knowledge of big data, data analysis and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide and identify process improvements.
• Set up, test and deliver batch solutions to customers, ensuring standards and needs are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors to guide operational activity and goals.

Dynamics of the Role

• Manage day-to day operational activity, ensure adherence to SLA and TAT.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

• Manage on time and accurate Data reporting, expert in creating visually appealing, persuasive and effective presentation.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulations are followed
• Independent and resourceful with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize performance
• Strong working knowledge of big data, data analysis and performance metrics
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity

Project Management

• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
• Set up (configure), test and deliver batch solution requests (for new solutions as well as changes to existing) to customers in a timely manner ensuring that appropriate standards are followed and customer needs are met

Interdepartmental Co-ordination

• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
