Responsibilities

• Bancassurance strategy and execution for deliverables through HDFC Bank branches for the assigned area.
• To manage a team of Sales Managers directly and a team of Sales Managers indirectly.
• Designing, implementing, and executing strategies for continuous growth.
• Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, LOB wise GWP, market share and other deliverables like engagement, branch activation, renewal etc.
• Regular interaction and coordination with line managers, channel partners, third-party team (TPT), and branch banking resources of the bank.
• Providing the required training to the team and periodic review of team performance and set agenda in line with organization requirements
• Responsible for timely hiring, maintaining and encouraging diversity and controlling attrition
• Grooming and handholding of the direct reportees including 5 to 7 Area Sales Managers
• Represent HDFC ERGO in all bank meetings and initiatives for the location.
• Resolve all queries/complaints/grievances arising from Channel/Customer to the satisfaction of the
