We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous, intelligent agents within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will be responsible for building scalable AI workflows that leverage LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native services to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic workflows using Azure OpenAI Service and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop and integrate custom tools and plugins to enable agent autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
• Optimize prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models to improve agent accuracy and performance.
• Deploy and monitor AI agents using Azure Machine Learning and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Azure Functions.
• Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, or Milvus.
• Solid grasp of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and prompt chaining.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform rigorous testing on AI outputs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in AI research communities.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Relevant Azure certifications such as AI-102 or AI-050 are highly preferred.
