Job summary

Advance Career Solutions seeks an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy autonomous AI systems powered by LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent frameworks and Generative AI tech. The role involves reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow orchestration and autonomous execution of complex business processes.

You will build single-agent and multi-agent systems, integrate APIs, design agent workflows for enterprise use, and apply MLOps practices for scalable production.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design and develop AI Agents capable of autonomous task execution and decisionmaking
• Build singleagent and multiagent systems for enterprise business use cases
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks memory architectures and planning mechanisms
• Implement toolcalling functioncalling and API integration capabilities for AI agents
• Design agent workflows for customer support knowledge management automation and business operations

LLM Generative AI Engineering

• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models GPT Claude Gemini Llama Mistral etc
• Develop RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories
• Build prompt engineering frameworks and guardrails for safe AI deployments
• Finetune and evaluate LLM performance for domainspecific use cases
• Implement conversational AI and intelligent assistants

AI Platform MLOps

• Design scalable AI architectures for production deployment
• Build CICD and MLOps pipelines for AI models and agent lifecycle management
• Monitor agent performance hallucinations accuracy latency and operational metrics
• Implement model governance security compliance and responsible AI practices
• Support cloudnative deployment of AI workloads

Enterprise Integration

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications such as Salesforce SAP ServiceNow Microsoft 365 CRM ERP and custom applications
