Job summary

Airo Digital Labs, LLC is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to architect and deploy hosted AI agents across Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and custom web apps. You will integrate Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, and LangChain, manage data workflows for structured and unstructured data, and implement robust RBAC and security controls.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, API services (FastAPI), and MLops practices, plus a track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions in a modern

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph/Langchain.
• Experience with Microsoft agent frameworks (AutoGen and Semantic Kernel).
• Ability to build and manage hosted AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with API development (e.g., FastAPI).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data: Structured data integration (e.g., Microsoft Fabric), Unstructured data handling (e.g., documents, files) using RAG, Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, including LLMs and embedding models.
• Understanding of authentication and access control: User authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and LLMOps practices: Guardrails and content safety, LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge), Performance monitoring and metrics, Human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Exposure to Power BI dashboard integration and automation.
• Experience deploying agents across channels: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Custom web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage hosted AI agents across channels.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Collaborate on dashboards integration with Power BI.
• Design data workflows with Microsoft Fabric for structured/unstructured data.
• Ensure secure access and RBAC across deployments.
