Job summary

Rebel Foods Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a results-driven BD/Expansion expert to spearhead new kitchen locations by brokered channels, conduct market surveys, and negotiate favorable terms.

You will manage leases, registrations, and site handovers while coordinating with internal teams for timely store launches and operational readiness. • 5+ years in BD/Admin/Expansion (Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Retail preferred).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of commercial leasing and operations.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new kitchen locations through brokers/landlords.
• Conduct market surveys and negotiate commercial terms (rent, deposit, CAM, etc.).
• Manage lease agreements, registrations, and site handovers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely store launches.
• Oversee facility management, utilities, and vendor operations.
• Ensure compliance (FSSAI, fire NOC, licenses, etc.) and renewals.
• Handle admin operations, cost control, and issue resolution.
• Maintain MIS, rent trackers, invoices, and payment processes.
