Job summary

Parle Agro is seeking an Individual Contributor data analytics professional in Mumbai to develop insight-based solutions and integrate data from marketing, finance, and sales to support strategic decisions.

You will build dashboards, monitor external retail data, ensure data quality, and drive improvements using Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to perform high-end analysis using statistical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop Insight based Solutions: Build and maintain Competition Intelligence solutions and standard business trackers that provide a clear view of market performance and growth opportunities
• Data Integration Mapping: Synthesize diverse datasets including Marketing, Finance and Sales to link business rationales with technical analytical solutions
• Create and maintain databases and data systems to support business decision-making.
• End-to-End Data Management: Oversee the full data lifecycle by validating data quality (sanity checks), resolving discrepancies and automating insights.
• Monitor external retail data (such as NielsenIQ or IRI) alongside internal sales reports.
• Build dashboards and reports tracking distribution gaps, pricing effectiveness, and promotional ROI.
• Drive process improvements and optimize existing systems and processes.

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
