Job summary

dishtv is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end business process excellence and digital transformation across the organization. The role focuses on leveraging AI, automation and GenAI to accelerate value realization, with emphasis on process intelligence, governance, and scalable solutions.

The candidate will partner with business and technology teams and external partners to implement sustainable improvements and establish a roadmap for continuous transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving transformation initiatives and AI-led improvements.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the transformation roadmap by driving UAT automation, CR Process transformation and AI-led process improvements across VOC, Process Intelligence (Digital Twin) and other initiatives
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, Agentic AI and workflow automation to improve business processes.
• Partner with Business, Technology and external partners to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous enhancement of BPE capabilities and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where they deliver measurable business value

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
