Job summary

DishTV seeks a Senior Leader to drive AI-powered transformation across the business, identifying, designing and implementing initiatives to build scalable enterprise capabilities and enhance customer experience.

Lead UAT automation, CR process transformation, and AI-led improvements across VOC and digital twin initiatives while partnering with Business, Technology and external partners to deliver measurable impact and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–12 years in Business Transformation, Process Excellence and Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the transformation roadmap by driving UAT automation, CR Process transformation and AI-led process improvements across VOC, Process Intelligence (Digital Twin) and other initiatives
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, Agentic AI and workflow automation to improve business processes
• Partner with Business, Technology and external partners to implement scalable and sustainable solutions
• Drive continuous enhancement of BPE capabilities and governance frameworks
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where they deliver measurable business value

Job description

To lead the next phase of Business Process Excellence by identifying, designing and implementing transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation and digital technologies to build scalable enterprise capabilities, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
