Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA in Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in GST compliance and returns filing.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports, general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
• Audits contracts, purchase orders, and vouchers, preparing detailed reports before settlement.
• Prepares, files, and reconciles GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B, etc.) per statutory requirements.
• Maintains cash book, bank payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintains accounting entries in software for all expenses vouchers.
• Follow-up with vendors for balance confirmations.
• Handles scrap bills, purchase bills and their accounting.
• Performs inventory updating and product costing.
• Prepares monthly financial MIS and provisions.

• Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
• Audit contracts, purchase orders, and vouchers, preparing detailed reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
• Accurately prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B, etc.) in line with statutory requirements.
• Maintain cash book, Bank Payment and Bank Reconciliation.
• Maintaining Accounting Entries in Software for all Expenses Vouchers.
• Follow up with Vendors for Balance confirmation.
• Scrap Bills, Purchase Bills and its Accounting.
• Inventory updating and Product Costing.
• Financial MIS and making provisions on Monthly basis.

Education and Training Required:
