Job summary

Optum seeks an experienced Finance leader to oversee financial controllership, ops excellence, stakeholder management, and digital transformation across enterprise finance functions. You will drive close processes, ensure GAAP/IFRS/SOX compliance, manage risk, and lead global teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include governance with executives, partnering with business leaders, and driving finance transformation and automation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce is required.
• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA or ACCA are preferred qualifications.
• 12+ years of finance/accounting experience with global scope.
• 5+ years of leading large global teams.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream.
• Advanced analytics using Power BI and Excel.
• Experience leading RPA, AI and workflow automation initiatives.
• Experience driving Lean, Six Sigma and finance transformation programs.

• Drive balance sheet integrity and financial statement reviews.

• Partner with Controllers, Directors and business leaders for governance.
• Lead governance reviews and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, and ACCA
• 12+ years of Finance Accounting experience
• 5+ years leading large global teams

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream
