Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager Account Opening to supervise Demat and Trading account openings, manage KYC verification, and ensure accounts are activated in line with SEBI and DP guidelines.

The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience in client onboarding/KYC/account opening at a depository participant or broking firm, with a focus on accuracy and leadership in coordinating with compliance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, KYC or account opening with a DP/ broking firm.
• Knowledge of CDSL/NSDL systems and KRA regulations.
• Strong documentation and verification accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise account opening (Demat & Trading) and KYC verification processes.
• Ensure timely activation of accounts per SEBI and DP guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of KYC documents and account forms.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for documentation and process adherence.
• Implement digital KYC and process automation initiatives.

2. Manager Account Opening

Department: Operations / KYC

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Management).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in client onboarding, KYC, or account opening functions with a depository participant or broking firm.
