Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager Account Opening to lead the Demat and Trading account opening processes and oversee KYC verification within the Operations/KYC department.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in client onboarding or KYC, with a strong focus on accurate documentation, leadership, and adherence to SEBI/DP guidelines to ensure timely activation and periodic audits. Digital KYC and process automation initiatives are part of the scope.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise account opening (Demat & Trading) and KYC verification processes.
• Ensure timely activation of accounts in compliance with SEBI and DP guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of KYC documents and account forms.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for documentation and process adherence.
• Implement digital KYC and process automation initiatives.

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Management).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in client onboarding, KYC, or account opening functions with a depository participant or broking firm.
