Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager Account Opening to oversee Demat & Trading account openings and KYC verifications. You will supervise the process, ensure compliance with SEBI/DP guidelines, and drive audits and continuous improvement across documentation workflows.

The role requires 6–10 years in onboarding, KYC, or account opening, with strong leadership and coordination skills to align Compliance and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in client onboarding, KYC, or account opening functions with a depository participant or broking firm.
• Experience in supervising and ensuring accuracy of documents and verifications.
• Familiarity with SEBI and DP guidelines and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise account opening (Demat & Trading) and KYC verification processes.
• Ensure timely activation of accounts in compliance with SEBI and DP guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of KYC documents and account forms.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for documentation and process adherence.
• Implement digital KYC and process automation initiatives.

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Management).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in client onboarding, KYC, or account opening functions with a depository participant or broking firm.
