Job summary

Johnson Controls in Pune, India is seeking a Senior RTR Leader to own global process standardization across regions and business units. You will drive transformation, automation, and governance of RTR policies, ensuring consistency with global standards.

The role requires strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/S4HANA/OneStream) and a track record in finance leadership. A CPA/CA/MBA or equivalent is preferred; relocation and the opportunity to shape a sustainable finance function are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA/CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Global Process Ownership, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership.
• ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S4/HANA, OneStream or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global RTR process standardization across regions and units.
• Lead transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and documentation.
• Monitor RTR KPIs and support adoption of new tools and digital solutions.
