Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a RTR Global Process Owner to standardize and govern global RTR processes, driving automation and efficiency across regions. You will partner with Deloitte and internal teams to align policies, controls, and documentation, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Strong ERP experience is required, as is a track record in process leadership. You will lead governance for policies, KPIs, and tool implementations, shaping scalable, high-impact finance transformations across

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/CA/CMA/MBA) preferred.
• Strong background in global process ownership and finance transformation.

RTR Global Process Owner (GPO) – What you will do

• Own and drive global RTR process standardization, assessing current processes, designing future-state solutions, and ensuring consistent execution across regions and business units.
• Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
• Perform process impact assessments, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change management for process, policy, and technology-related initiatives.
• Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and process documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to global standards.
• Serve as the RTR process authority, providing governance, process expertise, and guidance on policies, controls, best practices, and operational protocols.
• Monitor and govern key RTR KPIs, support implementation of new tools and digital solutions, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and performance management.

What we look for

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

• A strong track record of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience in Global Process Ownership, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership roles.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S4/HANA, OneStream, or equivalent systems.
