Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Pune is seeking a Manager-level IT professional to design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Insights data models, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions for our data platform.

You will implement integrations with Duck Creek Policy, Billing and Claims, configure data sources and transformations, and drive efficient, auditable data extraction while adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Duck Creek data/Insights.
• B.Tech/B.E degree required.
• Knowledge of ETL and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Insights data models and ETL workflows.
• Populate data insights for new products using extract mapper.
• Enhance extract mapping and expose new fields in Insights.
• Integrate insights/clarity with existing internal data warehouse.
• Implement integrations with Duck Creek modules: Policy, Billing, Claims.
• Configure and manage DCI data sources, extracts, and transforms.
• Develop reusable components following Duck Creek best practices.
• Optimize the data extraction processes.
• Ensure adherence to audit processes.
