Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Pune seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the IT team. You will lead end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure insurance applications across Health, Motor, Travel and Property domains.

You will architect frontend with React.js/Next.js and backend with Node.js/NestJS, use PostgreSQL, deploy on GCP, and mentor juniors while collaborating with product owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure secure, compliant releases.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in full stack development.
• Experience in designing scalable, secure insurance applications.
• Strong knowledge of React.js/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud deployment on GCP.
