Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager - Bancassurance in Pune to lead bank-channel sales efforts and drive cross-selling across branches. You will coordinate with bank partners, manage renewals, and activate bank clusters to grow health and non-health insurance business.

The role requires 6-20 years of experience, permanent employment, and office-based work in Maharashtra’s Pune district. You will report to the Retail Business Group and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Engagement with bancassurance stakeholders to drive business and leads.
• Strong emphasis on cross-selling and relationship management.
• Experience in managing bank-channel partnerships and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HDFC Bank stakeholders for leads in gold loan, education loan, and loan against securities.
• Attend morning huddles at bank branches.
• Drive cross-sell and health/home insurance sales across GL/EL/LAS branches.
• Maintain renewal percentages across branches to ensure consistent revenue.
• Maintain activation of bank clusters with health and non-health business.
